Atlantic Title Firm is a Florida title agency providing title search, title insurance, escrow, and closing coordination services. The App and portal provide informational tools (such as calculators and checklists) and a secure way to access documents related to your transaction. Engagement of our services is subject to separate agreements and applicable Florida law and underwriter requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal or internal business use in connection with our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
Some features require logging in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and access code confidential and for all activity that occurs under your login. Access codes are intended only for the client to whom they are issued. Documents made available in the portal are provided solely for your transaction. Notify us immediately at (561) 396-2692 if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for misuse or security reasons.
You agree to use the website, App, and portal only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, file, or system; interfere with or disrupt the service; upload malicious code; or use the service to violate the rights of others.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store's terms of service. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Atlantic Title Firm only, and not with Apple or Google.
